SHIPPING POLICY

UPS shipping is available for orders with delivery addresses within the contiguous United States excluding P.O Boxes.

All smaller items of furniture, Shorty, Slim Jim, Squared Away and Sideline are shipped via UPS Ground. 

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS : Strait and Narrow and Stand and Deliver must be shipped by freight due to size and weight restrictions. Freight rates are determined by a number of factors: distance, location, type of building and type of delivery - from curbside to full white glove service. 

CURBSIDE: shipment is delivered to the sidewalk outside your home. You are responsible for taking it inside your residence, unpacking and removal of packaging materials.

THRESHOLD: shipment is delivered into your residence. You are responsible for the unpacking and removal of packing materials.

WHITE GLOVE: shipment is delivered into your home and placed in a room of your choice. Item is unpacked and all packaging materials removed.

Please note residents of New York state are required to pay sales tax on all orders.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to enjoy your purchases and if you are not completely satisfied please contact us on receipt of your items clearly stating your order reference number. You may return items packed in their original, undamaged packing and in perfect condition within 7 days of receipt, at your own cost and risk. Sorry we do not refund shipping costs.

Please be advised that all woods and veneers have variations in grain, color and markings and while we strive to be consistent with the materials we choose, some variations must be expected. Computer and phone screens do vary in their ability to accurately reflect color representation. 

If your item is damaged in transit please notify us immediately. We pack each piece with extreme care to avoid damage in transit by a third party carrier and will require you to take photographs of the item and the container in which it was shipped.
